• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, divided
• 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 4 Oz Goat Cheese, one small log
• 1/3 Cup Walnuts, or mix of pistachios and walnuts
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Lemon, juice
• 1/2 tsp Mustard, dijon
• 2 tbsp Tarragon, fresh leaves, chopped or basil
• Salt and Black Pepper, as per taste
