- 1/2 cup (1stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 6 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (I used trader joes)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
