Spinach Puff Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 of 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
• 4 teaspoons fine dry bread crumbs
• 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 s shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 all-purpose flour
• 1/4 margarine or butter, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
• 1/8 teaspoon lemon peel, finely shredded
