• 2 cups of powdered sugar
• 2 cups of Cool Whip (or another similar topping)
• 2 3-ounce packages of instant pudding (any flavor — chocolate, lemon, butterscotch, vanilla, pistachio — whatever you like)
• 3 cups of milk
