• 1 meduim egg (beaten)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tbls spoon icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
• 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 3/4 cup icing sugar (confectioners sugar, sifted)
• 2 tbsp brandy or orange juice
