Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup cold butter cut into small cubes
- 6 T. cold water
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 6-8 T. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 egg yokes (save the whites for the meringue)
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 5 eggs whites
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
