• 1 package Carroll Shelby’s® Original Texas Chili Kit
• 1 (14-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 2 ½ cups low sodium beef broth
• 1 cup dark beer (or substitute more stock)
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 to 3 tablespoons fresh jalapeño, finely chopped
