Creamy Tortellini and Italian Sausage Soup | Dairyland

Ingredients

• 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
• 4 Italian sausages, cut into cubes  
• 1 onion, peeled and diced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 60 ml (1/4 cup) unbleached, all-purpose flour
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 1 package (10 oz) meat-stuffed tortellini 
• 1 bunch kale, leaves removed from the stems and chopped 
• 250 ml (1 cup) Dairyland 10 % Lactose Free Cream
• Salt and pepper
