Mini Mac n’ Cheese Cups

Ingredients

• 2 cups packaged, pre-shredded Ontario Old Cheddar cheese
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) Ontario butter
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) all purpose flour
• 2 cups (500 mL) Ontario 2% or homogenized milk
• 3 cups (750 mL) Ontario shredded old cheddar
• 1/4 cup crumbled Ontario Blue Cheese
• 1 lb (450 g) elbow macaroni
• 3 strips cooked Ontario bacon, chopped
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• Pinch pepper
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) crumbled Ontario Blue Cheese
• 2 strips cooked Ontario bacon, halved (use 3 if making 6 cones)
