Tagliata with asparagus and parmesan vinaigrette - Serving Dumplings
I served this Italian classic with asparagus and a great Parmesan vinaigrette. It's a spring dish, very delicious and flavourful combo:)

- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and black pepper
