• 1/2 c Quick-cooking oats

• 1/4 ts Salt
• Vegetable cooking spray
• 1 tb All-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
• 1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
• 1 tb Margarine; melted
• 1 ts Baking Powder
• 1 c Blueberries
