Ingredients

• 35g granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp Mornflake Beta3 Oat Bran
• 55g brown sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 40g unsalted butter, melted
• 1/3 of an egg or 15g egg whites
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 50g plain white flour
• 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 60g chocolate chunks
