Ingredients

• 1 Onion thinly sliced
• 2 Cucumbers diced
• 1 Carrot (Gajjar) thinly diced
• 1 Red Yellow or Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) diced
• 100 grams Iceberg lettuce roughly torn
• 5 stalks Spring Onion Greens finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Black olives sliced
• 1/4 cup Walnuts broken
• 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinaigrette
• 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• Salt
• Pepper
• 6 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon Dry mix herbs
• 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
