Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 175g Barbaro Homestyle Hot Cacciatore, sliced
• 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
• 1 red capsicum, sliced
• 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
• 1x bottle garlic & basil passata
• 1 cup water
• Handful of fresh basil leaves, torn (plus extra for garnish)
• Salt
• black pepper
• Grated parmesan, to serve
• 250g pasta of choice (e.g., rigatoni, penne, or spaghetti)
