Easter bread baskets recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 package of active dry yeast
• 3 1/2 cups of flour, divided
• 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
• 2/3 cup of milk
• 3 eggs (2 whole eggs and 1 egg white, save yoke to brush basket tops)
• 6 white eggs to be dyed for decoration, uncooked.
• 2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel
• Easter egg coloring kit
• 1 teaspoon of water
• 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
• About 4 tablespoons of water
