- 3 Tbsp caster sugar
- 750mL berry flavoured kombucha
- 15g leaf gelatine
- strawberry pulp (from jelly)
- 1 cup caster sugar
- juice 1 lemon
- 180g white chocolate, chopped
- 600mL Bulla Thickened Cream
- 125g mascarpone
