• 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup olive oil or butter
• 2 tablespoons water
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cups applesauce
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
