- 1 large onion (grated)
- 1-2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 250-300 gr. nut or bread crumbs (soaked and squeezed)
- 2 eggs
- 120 ml fresh milk
- ½ Lemon juice
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 tbsps. Ketchup KYKNOS
- 180 gr. gruyere or some other hard cheese (grated)
- 10 slices of chopped bacon (optional)
- Some thyme or parsley (finely chopped)
- A little paprika
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
