- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons minute tapioca*
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- *No tapioca? No worries. Just use 1/4 cup flour.
