Ingredients

• 1 pan of cooked cornbread , crumbled
• 1.5 cups of mayonnaise
• 2 cups of sliced celery
• 1 green pepper , seeded and chopped
• 0.75 cups of chopped green onion
• 1 jar of green olives and pimentos , drained (5 oz (142 g)), rinsed and chopped
• 0.75 cups of toasted and chopped pecans
• 2 large tomatoes , chopped
• 1 tbsp of sage
• pepper to taste
• 10 slices of bacon , fried crisp and crumbled
• 1 jalapeño pepper , seeded and chopped
