  • 4 cups home-made yogurt ((or Greek yogurt))
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp citric acid
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups Swiss chard ((chopped))
  • 1 cup purslane ((chopped))
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup Italian parsley ((chopped))
  • ½ cup cilantro ((chopped))
  • ½ large green pepper ((sliced))
  • 2 medium jalapeno peppers ((sliced))
  • 1 medium onion ((sliced))
  • ¼ cup jasmine rice ((or basmati))
  • 2 tsp dried mint ((or 2 tbsp fresh))
