Ingredients: 1 or 2 cubes of brown sugar; 120ml of La Casa brewed in a cafetiere; 25ml of Slane Irish whiskey; Double cream , lightly whipped; Zest of an Orange; Warm up the glass with hot water prior to making the drink, pour away just before you start; Place the brown sugar cubes in the bottom of the glass or mug; Add the coffee and Whiskey, stir until the sugar has dissolved; Carefully float the whipped cream on top of the drink by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon.; Add some orange zest on top; Drink the Irish coffee through the cream and enjoy.
