- Add 2 Heaped tablespoon Shans Tikka spice mix well keep aside for couple hours,
- Add
- 100 g Butter
- Cubed Fillets
- Dash of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
- 1 /2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- Add 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sweet sour sauce
- Add little green chopped dhania (coriander)
- ½ cup fresh cream
