  • 1/4 cup candied orange peel (about 1 1/2 ounces/43 grams), cut into small dice
  • 1/4 cup dried figs, stemmed and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots, stemmed and finely diced
  • 1 cup blanched almonds (about 5 ounces/142 grams), toasted and coarsely chopped
