Chicken Verdichio - Creamette

Ingredients

• ¾ Chicken breasts
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Flour for dredging
• 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, divided
• 1 Medium shallot
• ¼ cup Dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
• 1 cup Chicken broth
• 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
• 1 Small jar of marinated artichoke hearts
• ½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
• 2 tbsp Capers
• 2 tbsp Salted butter
• 1 cup Black olives, sliced in half (optional)
• 1 lb Creamette pasta
