Ingredients
- 3 lbs. fresh peaches
- juice of 1/2 a standard-sized lemon
- 3 shakes of the cinnamon container
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca pearls or cornstarch
- 1/4 lb. (that's one stick) butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour to make it crumb consistency
