• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-1/2 cups zucchini, grated
• 2-1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
• 1 6-ounce package chocolate chips
