Peachy Keen Chicken Burgers - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 6 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
• 1/4 cup Sutter Home chardonnay
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
• 1/8 tsp salt
• Canola oil, to oil grill rack
• 3 peaches, halved (canned peaches may be used if fresh are not available)
• 2 large avocados
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
• 6 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
• 1/3 cup mayonaise
• 2 cups mixed baby lettuce greens
