• 4 USA beef Top Round Steaks
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• 3 whole eggs
• 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
• 24-ounce jar of good pasta
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 4 basil leaves
