- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 cup bacon (finely chopped)
- 1 cured sausage (finely chopped (I used chorizo))
- ½ cup frozen corn (defrosted)
- 1 onion (minced)
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- ½ cup mozzarella (shredded)
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- dried chili flakes (to taste (if desired))
