Detroit-Style Pan Pizza with Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

• 1 fondue Chic ! au gin by 1001 Fondues, 350 g (12 oz.), diced
• 4 ml (1/4 tbsp.) traditional active dry yeast
• 5 ml (1 tsp.) honey
• 200 ml (6 oz + 1 tbsp.) lukewarm water (30 °C/85 °F)
• 330 ml + 170 ml (1 1/3 + 2/3 cup) flour
• 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
• Olive oil
• 250 ml (1 cup) tomato pizza sauce
• 250 ml (1 cup) mozzarella cheese, cubed
• 60 g (2 oz) pepperoni, sliced
