Adega Style Prawn Pasta recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 400g Prawns Meat deveined and cleaned can use prawn
• 1 teaspoon Chilli Garlic paste (I used Taj Mahal chilli garlic paste)
• 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper the reddish one and 1 teaspoon creamy whitish one
• 1 teaspoon aminas seafood spice
• 1 teaspoon Zeal
• 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 2 tablespoons lemon and herb sauce
• 3 tablespoons Tomato Puree
• 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons Butter
• 2 tablespoons garlic butter
• 2 tablespoons creamy garlic sauce
• 250 ml Fresh/Pouring Cream (last)
• Add
• Mushrooms few
• Onion ¼
• Dash of zeal
• ½ teaspoon Lemon pepper
• And ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 teaspoon veg spice
