• 28.2oz-800g minced turkey (2% fat)
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 1 egg yolk (free-range)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2.1oz-60g panko breadcrumbs
• ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• ½ teaspoon mustard powder
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoons chilli sauce
• 1 dry/crumbly chicken oxo cube
• 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
• 4 brioche burger baps
• Shredded lettuce
• Sauce of your choice
