• - salt, sugar to season
• - oil to fry
• - 100g cheese
• - 4 pickled cucumbers
• - 1 small jar pickled champignons
• - 1 bunch chives
• - ¼ lettuce, iceberg type
• - 2 hard-boiled eggs
• - 3 tbsp. Tarsmak mayonnaise
• - 2 tbsp. sour cream
• - salt and black pepper to season
• - Tarsmak dill sauce
