Peach Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients

• 1 Tbs. butter, for greasing
• 2 cups milk
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (do not serve honey to babies under
• age 1)
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups oats
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup sliced peaches (canned in juice or fresh)
• 1 cup plain or Greek yogurt, optional, for serving
