• 500g Dan & Steph Farm House Pork Sausage, cooked and sliced
• 1 packet penne, cooked
• 200g sundried tomatoes
• 1/2 brown onion, thinly sliced
• Half head broccoli, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1/3 cup butter
• 4 Tbsp. flour
• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1 cup Parmesan, grated
• 1 cup mozzarella, grated
