Boerewors Biltong Avo Halloumi Pizza recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 4x Today's pizza bases
• 1x Halloumi block (cut into thick fingers)
• 2 ripe avocados
• Lemon juice
• 1x tray boerewors (spicy)
• 2 cups biltong shavings
• Coriander/rocket
• 3 large tomatoes (liquidized)
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 cinnamon stick
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Pinch turmeric powder
• ½ teaspoon coriander cumin powder
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon ground garlic paste
• 50g sachet tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 2 large red/ yellow onions (sliced)
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon honey
• ¼ teaspoon salt
