- 100g white chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 T caster sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 100g butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 100g white chocolate, melted and cooled
