- Thai red chillies sliced 2
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-7
- Hot water 1 Cup
- Sirka (Vinegar) 4 tbs
- Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
- Sugar ¼ tsp
- Cooking oil for frying
- Chawal (Rice) boiled ¼ Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3-4 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
