Ingredients

• 12 large and clean scallops,
• 40ml of olive oil,
• salt and pepper.
• ½ lemon with its skin
• 1 shallot
• 1 clove of garlic
• salt and pepper
• 100 ml of olive oil
• 10 ml of lemon juice
• some sprigs of chive
• a sprig of cilantro
