• 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cubed
• 1 1/2 cups finely ground chocolate wafer cookies
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
• 4 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
