Chocolate Babka Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 cups of all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons of sea salt
• 1 cup of whole milk
• 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
• 1 large egg
• 1 large egg yolk
• 4 ounces of finely chopped milk chocolate
• 4 ounces of finely chopped bitter chocolate
• 2 cups of unsalted butter
• 1/3 cup of heavy cream
