Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb FFF Steak (Our favorite steaks to make with Chimichurri are Skirt, Flank, Bavette or Flat Iron Steaks)
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Chimichurri Sauce:
• 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
• 3 Tablespoons Red wine vinegar
• 4 Cloves Crushed Garlic
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
• 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
• 1 Tablespoon Oregano (Dried or Fresh)
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
