Ingredients

• 1/2 ts Lemon Peel grated
• Apricot preserves
• 1/2 c Drained chopped cherries;
• Almond pastry:
• 2 tb Finely chopped almonds
• 1 tb Sugar
• 1 ds Salt
• 1 pk Lowfat cream cheese;
• Maraschino cheesecake tarts:
• 1 1/2 ts Lemon juice
• 1/4 ts Almond extract
• 2 tb Sugar
• 1/4 c Butter
• 1 Egg
• 3/4 c Flour
