Apricot-Pecan Rice Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup of chopped dried apricots
• 0.5 cup of boiling chicken broth
• 2 cups of sliced celery
• 1 cup of sliced green onions
• 2 tbsp of butter or margarine
• 3 cups of cooked rice
• 0.5 cup of chopped pecans
• 1.5 tsp of poultry seasoning
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
