• 1 Cup Chopped Celery
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 1/2 Cups Boiling Water
• 1 1/2 Cups Potatoes, cubed
• Milk
• 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
• 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
• 1/4 Cup Flour
• 2 Cups Cubed Ham
• 2 Tbs. Parsley
• 1 Cup Cooked Peas
• 1/2 Cup Sharp Cheese, grated
