Lemon and Herb Grilled Chicken - Andrew Zimmern
My idea of a summer birthday BBQ is perfectly grilled chicken, corn salad with fresnos and plums, and my version of Flo Fab's potato salad.
Ingredients
- 2 whole chickens, each cut in 6 pieces
- 1/4 cup Andrew Zimmern’s Italian Blend
- 3 lemons
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 serrano peppers, minced
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
