Ingredients

• 1 tbsp gelatin
• ½ cup (125 ml) frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
• ¼ cup (60 ml) clear corn syrup
• 1/8 tsp (0.5 ml) lemon yellow food colouring gel (optional)
• ½ cup (125 ml) water
• ½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped
• 5 tsp gelatin
• 1 cup (210 g) sugar
• ½ cup (125 ml) clear corn syrup
• Vegetable oil, for brushing
