Ingredients

• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup Plochman’s Champagne Mustard
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 1 garlic clove, finely minced
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 green cabbage, cut into four wedges
• 1 (12 oz) can great northern white beans, drained and rinsed
• ¼ cup thinly sliced celery
• 1 shallot, thinly sliced
• 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp chopped dill fronds, plus more for garnish
• 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
