Chocolate Olive Oil Cake With Rosewater Ganache

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 ml salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1/2 cup 35% whipping cream
• 1 bar dark chocolate (finely chopped )
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 tsp rosewater ((optional))
